Users must not promote or encourage criminal or terrorist activities of any sort and may use Public VPN Service only for lawful purpose. Please Note In this agreement, the term "You" means you the "User/Customer". As a user of our service, you agree that:

• You agree that you will not use Public VPN Service to hack or attack any computers, servers, or networks.
• You agree that you will not use Public VPN Service for any scanning technique.
• You agree that you will not use Public VPN Service to send out unsolicited or fraudulent materials like SPAM mail, mass-marketing mails (even they are in a opt-in list), hate mail, unsolicited instant messages and etc.
• You agree that you will not use Public VPN Service for distribution different kinds of viruses to other computers.
• You agree that you will not use Public VPN Service for the reproduction, dispersing, storing, processing, or handling in any way obscene or pornographic material, or any other data which we believe to be unacceptable, including, but not restricted to, pornography, malicious materials and all information of an adult nature.
• You agree that you will not use Public VPN Service for receiving and the distribution of pirated copyright materials. This includes, but not limited to the following: trading, selling, bartering, sharing, transmitting or receiving, of such materials.

We have log files on our servers. After some time the log files are deleted from our servers. The log files are used for monitoring server performance. The log files are not used for monitoring your internet activities. We respect your privacy.
